As a very small business, we are unable to offer refunds or returns. All sales are final, please choose mindfully and refer to our size guide to ensure you receive the right size.

Orders are hand-packed with love by us in Queensland, Australia
What type of shipping do you offer in Australia?
We currently only offer standard shipping within Australia.
What type of shipping do you offer internationally?
We currently offer both standard and express shipping internationally. Please note, we are unable to ship to a variety of countries, please see below for further information.
Please note that Australia is a remote country and, because of this, international shipping charges are high. We do our best to absorb some of the shipping cost to ensure you can receive a piece/pieces you love.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Within Australia - Please note that orders to Western Australia can take up to 10 business days. For the rest of Australia, shipping typically takes between 2-6 business days.
Internationally - Standard international shipping can take anywhere between 10-25 business day. Express international shipping can take anywhere between 4-18 business days.
Please note that shipping times are only an estimate. Chats & Reacts takes no responsibility as to whether actual shipping time differs from the estimate.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes! All of our parcels are sent via Australia Post. Please refer to your emails for your tracking link, and email us at chatsandreacts@gmail.com if there are any issues.
As the customer, it is your responsibility to track your order and Chats & Reacts will not be held responsible for parcels that are returned or destroyed due to being unclaimed.
What if I gave you the wrong address?
Please email us immediately at chatsandreacts@gmail.com. If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately there is nothing more that we can do.
Why can't you ship to my country?
As we are a very small business located in a remote country, and this is our first time selling merchandise, we are unfortunately unable to ship to a variety of countries. This includes, but isn't limited to, countries located in Africa, South America and the Middle East.
We deeply apologise for the inconvenience - unfortunately our ability to ship to these countries is hindered by cost and other external factors.
My country charges import taxes, do you cover those?
Chats & Reacts do not cover any import taxes or liabilities that may be applied by the government to which the parcel is being sent.
As the customer, it is your responsibility to be aware of your countries import taxes, and Chats & Reacts do not take any responsibility for any duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.
Additionally, Chats & Reacts are not responsible for whether customers are notified by the destination country's postal authority that items are awaiting payment of duties and taxes.
If duties and taxes are not paid, the parcel will be destroyed and no refund will be given.
